Treasures of Gloucestershire
7- 8 July
10.00am-5.00pm
At Chorley’s, Prinknash Upper Gallery, Prinknash Abbey Park, Cranham
This exhibition of treasures celebrates Gloucestershire’s landscape, people and traditions, with objects chosen to reflect the cultural wealth of the county. Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum is lending significant pieces from its Arts & Crafts, fine art and costume collections. In addition to loans coming from us, other Gloucestershire museums, organisations and private collectors are lending their treasures.
The exhibition, supported by the Honourable Company of Gloucestershire, is organised to raise funds for the Art Gallery & Museum Development Fund through admission, catalogue sales and an exclusive event during the weekend.
